Premzero is a specialist team within Premtech Ltd, a UK based SME (Small Medium Enterprise) providing design consultancy to multiple clients within the UK onshore oil and gas industry. Premzero was established in 2021 with a primary focus on delivering projects with the objective of moving the industry towards Net Zero by 2050. Premzero is an innovative, customer focused company with the ability to provide a flexible and proactive service to our clients.

What we do…

  • Premzero builds upon the comprehensive industry knowledge gained by Premtech Ltd to meet the future requirements of the industry as it transitions to Net Zero. Premzero can provide a wealth of experience and expertise in the planning and design of onshore pipelines and installations in accordance with Industry, National, and International design codes, Specifications, Standards and Legislation. This includes but not limited to; British Standards, IGEM Standards, the ASME B31.X suite of standards and Client specific Industry Standards.
  • Our experience and expertise is applicable to many different pipeline applications and the transportation of various products within pipelines such as Natural Gas, Hydrogen, Carbon Dioxide, Sustainable Aviation Fuel and Biogas. We work with established academic and industry partners, external consultancies and asset owners to establish and prove solutions.
  • Premzero are constantly investing in staff training, documentation, software, CAD databases and more to ensure we stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry.

Technical Solutions

At Premzero we have the expertise to undertake engineering, technical consultancy and design management services to all clients involved in the development and ownership of sustainable infrastructure projects in the energy sector.

We can tailor our extensive range of services to suit specific needs, from providing specialist consultancy or design management to fully integrated Design and Engineering services from initial feasibility studies, through to full detailed designs.

The experience and competence of our individuals and teams allows us to support, manage or provide technical services and input into all aspects of a project ensuring the right solution is developed.

Services

Digital Engineering

Premtech, incorporating Premzero have BSI verification certification (Kitemark) for Building
Information Modelling (BIM) design and construction. We can produce comprehensive designs
utilising intelligent, integrated 3D models in accordance with ISO 19650.

Innovation

Premzero team members under the Premtech banner have a proven track record of successful delivery of Innovation projects including NIA (National Innovation Allowance), NIC (National Innovation Competition) and Innovate UK funded projects within the UK gas industry.

Premzero has access to the Premtech Reality team who have the ability to utilize virtual and augmented reality for operation and maintenance rehearsal, training and construction digital rehearsal
